[Discuss] Feature request: scout report information

I miss being able to see the priests and the nobles in my scout reports. If
you want to argue that seeing nobles without troops isn't something a scout
would see, then fine. However, if a priest is preaching, then I would expect
people in the region to know about it and for it to show up in a trained
scout report. My apologies if this has already been addressed.
