[Discuss] Bug or punishment?

Monsters like that have been appearing in Minas Ithil for quite a while 
now, just never at this scale.

Please stop spreading rumors about this being some sort of "punishment". 
As have been said by numerous people numerous times, Tom's punishments 
come in the form of lightning bolts. They are efficient, direct, and 
gets the point across in a very clear manner.

A punishment doesn't really achieve much effect if people are left to 
wonder if it was really a punishment or not, right?
