If we could see some of the result in the battle results, like "Your
men advanced quickly. Suffered X losses.", it could help with
feedback. But if we have the report like today with morale (some units
like to engage battle, others like to fight monsters, others don't
like to fight at all, only small battles - at least it is how I see
morale drop), people can start the discussion in their own realms
(like I did about morale).
Would be nice if your unit personality also had influence over your
settings. If your unit likes to battle and you put them to fight
carefully, they can have greater morale loss... If they hate fighting
monsters and you put them forward, also some morale loss... On the
other hand, if you can figure the unit spirit nicely and let them
fight where they like, morale can even improve after battle.
