Why?

I can see the argument for killing heroes in battle ("no retreat, no 
surrender!" *arbalest bolt hits hero in the chest* "crap. Should have 
retreated."") but for infils, you might as well have infils be able to 
kill everyone, since it's not a matter of bravery/pigheadedness, or 
class choice that infils can't kill in assassination attempts.
