I think you have misunderstood the purpose.

There was never meant to be a simple option for "strip position".   
"Strip titles" became that because people didn't understand it,  
abused it, and didn't have any serious consequences from it.

Once "question nobility" really does turn someone into an adventurer  
(if Tom does, in fact, decide to implement that), it will finally  
have the kind of consequences it should, and be a balanced option.

To do what you suggest would be to create a huge imbalance in favour  
of the ruler.
