I meant if you are Lord of Buckettown, then are you a a noble, and the
two ways you can lose your land are criminal charges of
treason(banning) or it turns out your not noble(stripping title).

You can't lose your lordship, remain in the realm, and still be
considered a noble.  That's not how fuedalism works.  Your noble birth
gives you the right to Buckettown, and there shouldn't be a
non-serious way to say 'you can't have that'.
