[Discuss] Rules of BM Need to be Stressed More

On the subject of beating up peasants for no reason, it's not always 
such a good idea to do it just because you can. For example, if you 
beat up and advy for no reason they're not going to be particularly 
happy with you, they'll probably leave. Potentially boycott hunting in 
your realm, refuse to sell unique items to your realm mates, sell al 
their uniques to your enemies, along with any "all in region" orders 
you're careless enough to send. The chatty advy can usually convince 
other advys to do the same, I've seen it happen on the FEI a few times 
myself. Sure there are always other advy's out there, but if you go 
around beating up a bunch of advys because you feel like pretty soon 
you'll find yourself with a monster problem. For that reason I don't 
have my nobles go around beating up and/or arresting advys for no good 
reason, they're nice to have around to use them when you need them.
