[Discuss] Rules of BM Need to be Stressed More

If I beat up/arrest a random peasant, I just have to say he insulted
me, and I should be believed since I am a noble and he is not.  Even a
peasant working for the King can't insult one of the lower nobles
without deserving a boot in the face, and why not tell the guards to
haul him to jail, the judge can figure it out.

Obviously going around beating up peasants for want of nothing to do
isn't sane behavior, but peasants are always guilty unless the noble
says 'oops'.  I think that is the key.
