How is it not logical?  As the player of S'noe, he is back to active duty based upon the message I received and thus a TO was initiated.  All it takes for S'noe is to be healed enough to send an order to my troops...I don't actively have to be healthy and present enough to be storming through the streets to to do it.

What klind of statement is that?
I will be able to assasinate you when i will be able? wow, unbeilivable.

The question is why i am not able now, why I am not able but you are able to start a TO, and why i cannot murder your unit's men also.
