[Discuss] Kicking with no proof

If they were peasants, sure, but you can't ban a noble for crimes in another
country.  It's a justice system, and laws in other countries do not apply,
nor does your dislike for him, without evidence of crime in your country.
You could duel him, assassinate him, refuse to accept any oaths, wait for
him to do something you can pretend is a crime, and otherwise make his life
miserable.
