[Discuss] Questioning Nobility

Does anyone know if there is a limit/backlash on someone attempting to
question the Nobility of someone who has extreme amounts of honour?

Is the person who has the highest honour on the island safe?  The top few?
Is the person who has the highest honour in the realm safe?  The top few?
More than the "accuser" (the ruler)?

Is it possible that when the ruler attempts to question the Nobility
of someone such as the above that they are the ones who loses
something without anything happening to the accused?
