[Discuss] Rudeness from superiors.

Ok I had to ask someone else that would remember for sure, because my
memories aren't the best. Sirion was singled out for the first monsters.
Tom explained it was to give them other game activities because the map
wasn't made for a strategy game. The players in Sirion complained it was
unfair and eventually the monsters stopped. Perdan wasn't until later.

The subject's about administrators being rude. And how being rude rubs
off. It's like any company. If the executives are rude, the company will
be rude. It trickles down like that. Ask anyone with a degree in HR. It
shows in this subject. Everyone is real quick to call me a liar.

When you're in management you can't afford to have a bad day that shows. I
don't think that is the case. Tom is just become more rude. When he tries
to write in a more even tone, it looks forced. I've seen Tom being himself
over the years that it is just his personality to be rude and demanding.
I've seen more than I've wanted to. When I wasn't playing I saw how Tom
tried to make people feel small. I'd hear the complaints, see the emails
and game messages. I was glad I wasn't playing.

If he can't keep his anger in check he needs someone to administer the
game. He's always been impulsive and easily frustrated. I stopped playing
from work in the first year of the game because of that. After a couple of
messages that said I had a set amount of minutes to decide something that
effected the realm I started only logging on from home.

If you can't hold your temper Tom, maybe you'd be better off get someone
else to write game messages.

I've been asked to quit by the person I've been checking my information
from. He doesn't want to have anything to do with this. I'll stop getting
this list.

In my wildest dreams I wouldn't invent such a reason, since it is directly insulting to Tom and doesn't make any sense. I mean think about the differences, "Do archers work better in lines? I do/don't
