The way things are going now, there doesn't seem to be a reason to have
Bankers. Allow Rulers to set Realm Tax Distribution. And get rid of
things like Banker controlled food movement.
This way we have more need for the Trader Class, as well as regions
making some cash from selling excess food to traders selling in
Cities/Strongholds.
There, that should solve all your annoying complaints about regions not
making enough.
