[Discuss] Arrested infiltrator abuse?

Even if they could ban immediatly, I don't think there's any abuse
whatsoever in letting you stew in the dungeon, I can't think of a more
logical reaction to protect the realm against you, and the costs of doing so
are the risks you escape before the ban is in place, so it's got pros and
cons.
