The game rules say you can hold someone in prison for 7 days. If the judge
wants to wait 6 and a half days, then ban, that's their right as judge. The
longer they wait, the greater the chance the infil has to escape.
I fail to see how doing soemthing clearly defined in the game mechanics and
rules cn be classified as abuse.

Most judges I know, including being judge a couple times myself, jump at the
chance to ban an infiltrator at the first opportunity. The more skilled the infil,
the more the motivation to ban as quickly as possible.
There are quite a few people that still are not aware that the
ban/deport/execute option shows up before the family buy out option. And it's
not several days. It's one turn.
