[Discuss] Bans vs. Liege's Rights

Under the new allegiance system, should a judge be allowed to ban a knight
without the concurrence of his liege? Or to put it another way, should a
liege be able to protect his knight's from the judge?

I think it would be more fun and more in the flavor of the new system to
allow a region lord or duke to protect his knights from the wrath of the
judge. Of course the lord would be a valid target for the judge.

I'm not sure how that would work within the game though. The power of the
judge to ban could be limited to unaligned knights and region lords. The
region lords could then be given the power to ban their vassals, but I'm not
sure that you want to give judge powers to the region lords.

I guess the easiest way would be to give the region lords the power to lift
bans on their own vassals.
