Not to reply to myself, but this would also address the concern of
nationalism superseding local oaths and estates.  Your Region changes hands
and you want to remain in your old realm?  Sure, but you'll take an
honor/prestige hit.  After all, you were sworn to the Lord of the Region,
and not the person bearing the title.
