Oh--that's right, he has to be *in* the city to secede, doesn't he?
Forgot about that part ;-)
...Though, at least in the one realm I rule, it's gonna be darn hard
to pull something quite like that off without tipping off the
Duke...and honestly, that kind of false praise is generally going to
raise suspicions, I think (unless the Duke is the type to assume it's
his due, and eat it up ;-) ).
We do need some kind of plan, though...gotta think about that one.
