[Discuss] Monster hashes timing out

I think it's been seen happening enough that that has become a  
vanishingly unlikely possibility.

Even for the (presumably closely related) problem of posted hashes  
turning out to be no good, what are the odds that, in *so* many  
instances, one of the 2-3 other adventurers in the region (1-2 once  
you realize that one of them is the one posting the hash!) logs on at  
*that exact moment* and clicks the hash before you do?  I've seen  
hashes that were "just in" be useless.
