[Discuss] breakage of stable

One minor quibble I have, and this probably has nothing to do with stable
breaking, but - when I do police work in the region I am lord of, it says,
"Since you are not in the region of your lord, but within your duchy, you
are slightly less effective." This makes no sense to me since yeah, it's not
my lords region, its mine and I'd know more about it than anyone.
