It is not as obvious, of course. But I have seen generals and marshals who
whine about not winning battles because people don't move. There has also
been a suggestion of having "elite" armies which are the armies of people
who can log in every turn. Then you are asked if you can log in every turn,
so that they can assign you to that army. None of this is breaking the
rules, but it still annoys me.
