[Discuss] "not 14 days on realm" restriction regarding the immigration

I personally don't even understand why it's there... 14 days for emigration,
along with the wait time to change class, change realm...

Why shouldn't characters be allowed to change class after joining a realm,
instead of being forced to change before leaving...? It doesn't seem to make
any sense IC, nor gameplay-wise...
