To clarify, since I know some people still aren't 100% sure on the whole
execute without a ban thing:
Outlaws are named so for a reason. Because of their dishonourable actions
(or lowly birth) they are no longer offered protection by the courts and the
due process of law is not applicable for them. Hence, that is why the judge
can get away with toturing them to death. The law doesn't protect them.
A freeman, however, is within the law and protected by it. A character with
four honor or less is an outlaw.
