I wasn't really involved in the initial discussion of this, but as a general 
on the FEI and someone who is would rather have a good time than go all out 
winning a war, I have to say, I don't think this adds anything. It has 
created confusion and grumbling and people seem less likely to scout without 
being explicitly ordered to.

This is fixing a problem we never had vis. late turn actions. Any orders I 
give after the first hour or two into the turn I don't really expect 
everyone to follow and not many of us can be bothered for late turn 
anything.

So yeah, I'd like to echo the 'put it back how it was' crowd.
