That "clique" you speak of has already been destroyed, the new tax system
saw to that.
Knights are the most needed resource in the game right now and it isn't
going to change any time soon.

What we need to see is the Knights blackmailing people for their own good.
If a region Lordship comes available, why *wouldn't* a Duke grant him the
title of Lord if he was offered 70% of his taxes through a Duchy share,
regardless of what the rest of the council thinks.

Dukes, Councils and other Dukes are all battling it out for more gold and
power in a realm now, no "clique" or group like that exists any more that
requires a game mechanic like the "Buy Title" to break into. Although *now*,
I see no reason to get rid of the Buy Claim thread because that still
requires some degree of player interaction to get the actual title, the game
now just see's to it that he is given a *chance*.
