Actually, I was just thinking that Riombara will still be able to at  
least object to this happening, as the only legal way, under  
Riombaran law, to obtain a title is to be elected by the nobles of  
the realm.

(Or be given *explicit* permission by the Council to forge documents  
and bribe officials, thus getting yourself the position, but that's  
very rare...)
