When you do certain actions they count as supporting the realm. If you do
enough of these it gives you honur. It could be that the act of looting is
one such action and that the time when you did it, that looting was the last
such action needed to gain the honour.

I don't know the whole story so I could be totally wrong here. I'm just
making a guess.
