I think that might just be it.

All you have to do is know what time locally the turn is.  One will be
in the morning, one will be in the night.  Then just remember if the
BM turns are the same as for you, or the opposite as for you.

e.g.  My turns are at 10 AM and 10 PM (my time).  I remember that the
BM sunrise/sunset are opposite of mine (BM sunset is at 10 AM (my
morning) and BM sunrise is at 10 PM (my night)).


All that said, it doesn't hurt to put the time on every page.  Or
possibly even in the bottom frame (maybe even with a timer so it
actually changes).
