There aren't that many 'peasant uprisings' in BM either actually...  sure,
theirs low morale and 'they hate being ruled by you' effects, but the actual
peasant revolt effect I've seen maybe twice in 2+ years, and really only in
areas where they've been treated like crap since when you start hanging
their families morale will drop and if you can't arrest all the rebels they
will revolt.

I mean, I've never seen a peasant army do anything worthy in the game, but
in real life they sacked cities when they got mad enough.
