It is a pity for us. My nation has the local lords on the governing/deciding
body and the common man has no official say, except in the appointing of
local lords where we have a general election for each. (Well okay, only
landed gentry are eligible for duke positions, but for all other region
types it's fair game.)
-shrug- Oh well, changes means we must change how we do things.
