[Discuss] "Preview button" on messages

Love the preview button...however it's in two different places depending upon which island I'm using.

BT has it "send" and "preview" while Atamara and Colonies has it "preview" and "send"

Before I submit it as a bug, which order do people prefer and I can add that bit of wisdom in the report?
