May be make a big army in the same region (>1000 men) suffer from random
fight or disease? It can happen in the army from the same realm or even
different realm (higher chances of fighting). This will discourage of
gangbang and big realm with huge army to attack small realm. Big realm
have to divide their army into smaller team and having the risk been
defeated by the small realm.
