...is there a guideline anywhere though that actually says you can't? It 
could after all be the expression by the player that their charcter is 
laughing if they're not very good with writing an RP to describe the event. 
(Ignore emoticons, scibes will scribble anything on their masters messages, 
espcially if said master can't/won't/doesn't read 'em.)
