A simple question..

Ater how many days a realm that secceeded can ally
with its mother realm? 

Take notice that I don't speak about stopping the
automatic war and raise relationship to neutral or
peace but actually form a proper alliance. Also
lightning bolts and other factors are not taken into
account :-)
