[Discuss] seriously wounded ruler accepting region

He does have a point here. From an RP standpoint it makes absolutely no
sense. The ruler has to be there to accept the region, sign papers,
kiss hands and shake babies, etc.

Have you ever seen some of the Rulers of the world?  My word, I'd almost rather gouge out my eyes they're so hideous with all the inbreeding and whatnot... ;-)

Do Kings really know how to write?  I think they'd really just need a representative to do the work and the King would just be there for show...
