This bug was reported on 5/7 and was fixed on 6/5 but we're still waiting
for the fix on stable.  This command is the only way the general has of
directly getting some information on the armies under him and it is very
annoying that the command still doesn't work.  Can I request that this fix
be pushed to stable soon?
