[Discuss] Change Allegiance: Joining a Duchy

I've had some odd happenings recently and wanted to run them by people for 
if I should post them as bugs. ;)

A region lord recently changed allegiance so that her region would be apart 
of my duchy.  Upon doing so, she immediately got a 0% duchal oath to me. 
This puzzles me because the other region lord who did the same thing did not 
(and does not) have a duchal oath to me from about a month ago.

Another oddity is that when she did police work it said she was not from her 
region, but within her duchy... even though she was working in her own 
region.  I suspect this might fix itself at the next turn change, but 
thought I'd add it.

Lastly! I had some lingering duchal oaths from nobles of a different realm 
(their capital was FTO'd). So I decided to fix it myself by giving them bad 
marks until I could revoke their oath.  It worked fine for one of the ghost 
oaths, but when I did it to the other that character suddenly joined my 
realm even though they are currently in another realm's region.
