I'm saying #1 applies, the title is legit, and #3 applies, the Dictator can
remove his title so long as the reason isn't "you bought it", just as surely
as he can remove all the lords for "conspiring high treason" on his whim.
However, the other lords may protest any trumped up charges for what they
are, knowing that his title was as legit as their titles.  It obviously
takes roleplaying, but Tom has stated you can't ban someone because "you
shouldn't have that region."  If they have the region, then by God they
should have the region; just as surely as the dictator has the power, and by
God he should have the power.
