I see a problem here though and actually I am called to deal with this
problem.

Once a founder is gone and the next elder position is at 9, then it means
that an elder will never have an opportunity to create another elder
position, which limits potential of next leader position to minimum.

Now, more specifically, in the Older of Thieves 'Senoske' had founded the
realm for 'Laura', then he created the rank "No Senoske" which at position
no.2 and according to your sayings,  I will never be able to delete this
rank because simply the leading 'Laura' is at position no. 3.

How then can I deal with the 'Not Senoske' rank?

I would need an answer on that please.
