You could already RP all of this. Just because there is no specific game 
mechanic doesn't mean that you can't send out a message to all of your knights 
forbidding them from looting, etc. If the knight disobeys the lord can give bad 
marks to the knights, and possibly even pull some rank and have the judge fine 
them, if the judge agrees. I hear that if you get enough bad marks against a 
knight, the lord can dissolve their oath.

If I understand it properly, a knight who has too many good marks can't be 
fined/banned by the judge. I haven't actually seen this tested and verified yet, 
but I believe the number I heard quoted was 3.

If the knight cannot be fined for their actions due to too many good marks, the 
judge can take the issue up with the lord, and fine them for the actions of his 
knights.



Qute a bit of this particualr suggestion is already available, if you're willing to RP 
some of it. Some of it just takes some creativity.
