On Beluaterra no one is going to accept an oath that's 50 gold because 
people are used to getting at least 70-100 gold in taxes. My character 
offered oaths worth about 70-80 gold and still had a tough time finding 
knights. My other character has an oath that brings her about 90 gold if 
the region gets a full 100% production week.

Of course, that puts some rural regions in a very tough spot since they 
can't afford to make offers that anyone would accept and there aren't 
enough people on Beluaterra to make people think of smaller offers 
because the wealthy regions can provide for most if not all.
