[Discuss] Dropping Militia

I have been working with my liege to drop off my unit as a militia force in
his region, but for some reason it will only let me dissolve the unit. I
have enough gold to pay them, 11 hours, 31 troops and I am not traveling. It
is a mountain region on the border of the realm.
