[Discuss] Bug 2924 Not Fixed in Stable Yet?

This bug, 0002924: List the armies of the realm, was supposedly fixed on
6/18 and the ticket was closed on 6/22, yet I still get the same erroneous
output in the Colonies.  How long do I need to wait for the fix to be
applied in the Colonies.  Is it actually working on the testing islands?

If I do need to put this in the bugtracker, should I open a new ticket or
reopen the old one?
