Actually, Nate, there is another possibility: that something  
*between* you and the server has changed.  There might be a major  
router malfunctioning somewhere, or a backbone provider got their  
settings screwed up...  That would also explain why some people can  
get in fine and others can't--those who can get in without a problem  
are able to completely bypass the affected part of the Internet.
