[Discuss] Building items

Has any adventurer built an item yet?  I've tried thrice with mine,
two times I got "gods weren't with me" from the sage.  The third time
I got the same thing along with one of the ingredient items being
busted.

I've also asked around as my adventurer a few times and have yet to
hear back from someone who has successfully crafted an item.  Is the
code not yet implemented fully?  Is it buggy?  Am I just both unlucky
as are those around my character?
