[Discuss] Host joining tournament

It used to be that the ruler was the only person able to host a
tournament.  It also used to be (likely still is) that the ruler could
not join the tournament.

With Dukes now able to host a tournament, should it follow that the
host should not be able to join his own tournament?

Personally, I think they should not be able to join because they are
the host and are (at least, should be) accorded respect from their
guests.  To beat their host senseless in a tournament is not exactly
the most respectful thing to do...

If so, then I've got a bug report to ... report.
