[Discuss]: Oaths and Priests

I was wondering how oaths were supposed to affect priests.  I thought
that priests were supposed to be outside the hierarchy.  With the new
changes, they don't have to be (though I don't know if this was an
oversight or intentional).

1. Priests can be offered and can offer oaths for gold.  I don't know
if they actually get the gold.
2. It seems that the only way to change realm is through oaths.  If
priests are supposed to be outside the hierarchy, then how are they
supposed to change realms?
