[Discuss] Duplicate Names

Will there ever be a way to overcome the limitation of one character per
continent with the same first name?  The only reason I can see for the
limitation is code, but we have charids for a reason.  Nobody is going to
confuse Herbert Bitbottom with Herbert Van den Dorken, particularly when
they're not in the same realm.

If it is a code limitation, is there not a way to allow a sutble change to
the name upon immigration?
