Woah, no. You really should *not* fall back to your own lands. At least on 
FEI this morning, a lot of guys had apparently gone half rogue and were 
attacking their own militia...

The ruler, at least in this case, should probably have asked the other 
players in the realm before taking action. And the judges are perfectly 
capable of working out their own OOC CF regarding judge actions.
