So far my experience has been that Monsters are much
harder to find than Undead.  Even in regions where the
rumors are same, I can usually find 4 groups of Undead
in 16 hours while I usually find 2 groups of Monsters.
 Don't know if it is just me or dumb luck but that has
been my experience.
